Virtuoso and straightforward. T&A Connection houses this powerful combination. The latest Amsterdam superband consists of friends for life who find each other in their love for music. The guitar tandem forms the core of the band. Guitarist Martijn (aka Tinus) Smit and bassist Arry Niemantsverdriet – the composer of the songs – have a connection through their instruments that results in rock-solid rock riffs. The songs are reminiscent of the best of Mother’s Finest and Van Halen. Modern funk elements are always lurking. Latin influences are passionately introduced by the phenomenal
drummer/percussionist Marco Toro (Drums United, Metropole Orchestra, Barry Hay). So expect to be blown away by their debut album You're Gonna Play For Me. The album was recorded in the Rock Supplies studios, the band's home base. The eleven mainly instrumental tracks drag you into a musical whirlwind that will amaze you.
