Mai Oja and Monica Baptiste, two Amsterdam-based artists, present an exhibition of their collage work. United by a shared interest in deconstructing images to create new compositions, they began meeting as a strategy to face the pandemic together, sourcing materials from second-hand stores, free libraries, friends’ homes or any found images available for modification. This exhibition showcases their thoughtful exploration of collage, featuring works that reflect their joint creative journey.
The opening will feature music by nottoosweet, a dynamic dj hailing from Hong Kong and now based in Amsterdam.
