SAMIRA is storming the Dutch music scene. With a raw and soulful mix of old‑time garage, rock ’n’ roll, and psychedelia, the band delivers a bold, distinctive sound and a live reputation that crackles with energy. Fierce in voice, solid in sound, and fueled by surrender, this four‑piece band throws themselves into the present. Fueled by Jelle Weber, Yaniv de Jong en Lars Douma and fronted by Dutch‑Moroccan frontwoman Samira, who writes her music from an urgent drive to break open and disrupt cultural and social expectations, SAMIRA has been growing by word‑of‑mouth from the underground scene where they first surfaced last winter. Space Age DJ Collective is a vinyl DJ project led by Puck Hofwegen and Dylan van de Grift, born out of love for classic disco and funk. You can count on 70s and 80s grooves from all corners of the world, nu-disco, italo and electro as well as new songs.
