Einfach Kurt
Einfach Kurt zegt vanaf nu alleen nog maar wat hij echt wil
zeggen. En dat is erg fijn. Met zijn zuiderlijke tongval en
zijn direkte en daardoor vaak grappige teksten gooit Kurt
het nu over de Nederlandstalige boeg. En met succes.
Bereid je voor op Nederlandstalige rootsy protestsongs
tegen de enorme druk van de huidige maatschappij in de
lijn van Armand en Lucky fonz III. Maar ook prachtige
melancholische odes aan de liefde en alles wat maar mooi
is in het leven. Einfach Kurt betrekt het publiek in zijn
optreden alsof hij al jaren bevriend met ze is en neemt
zoals het in een echte vriendschap betaamt, zich absoluut
geen blad voor de mond. En als je geluk hebt wordt hij
ook nog muzikaal en mentaal bijgestaan door zijn immer
in zwart kostuum gehulde trouwe bandgenoten Jory de
Kort (contrabas) en Martijn Kruisselbrink (drums). Komt
dat horen. Komt dat zien.

Purple Pinky
Purple Pinky, also known as Jolan Lammertink (1997), is an independent musician from Amsterdam. His self-titled debut EP was released on January 12 and unlike other projects he’s involved in, this music is written and recorded as a solo endeavor. The sound of the EP draws from progressive rock, electronic music and new wave, but with this small, acoustic set he’ll bring his songs to a much more intimate setting!

The music I make tends to fall under the alternative indie pop/rock genre. It is inspired by groups such as Feng Suave, Radiohead, Peach Pit, Mac DeMarco, Austin Weber, The Strokes, and Los Retros. My music is aimed towards people who enjoy a more down to earth, moody yet joyous, upbeat, with singalong lyrics and catchy melodies. My songs carry a melancholic and romantic intonation, however at the same time will make you want to dance on the street while listening to it. Through vulnerable and relatable lyrics we can dance together to happy tunes :).
